On the Run NYC is a podcast hosted by two candidates for New York City Council: Amoy Barnes running in Staten Island's 49th District and Althea Stevens running in District 16 in the Bronx. As two women of color, Althea and Amoy have unique insight into what it's like to be first time candidates, and what it'll take to provide the best constituent services.
They'll often be joined by guests from the world of NYC politics to talk about their own experiences as elected officials.
